Elijah's protoge was the similarly-named Elisha. It would have seemed natural to continued the one story straight into the other, but I wanted each to be collected separately. The story of "Elisha" was covered in the BOYS' LIFE series a mere 4 times, beginning with June 1962.
Once again, artist Frank Bolle covered the story TWICE, so I'm presenting each pair of episodes back-to-back for easy comparison.
It's interesting to note how many miracles Elisha is shown to have performed, which centuries later were repeated by Jesus (who hardly appears in the BOYS' LIFE series at all, and not since the 1960's).
