The BOYS' LIFE series STORIES FROM THE BIBLE, which started in September 1952, got to the story of "Joseph" fairly early-on.  There's a lot of "disfunctional families" in The Bible.  This story is an extreme example of that!

Creig Flessel covered it twice, briefly in 1953, then in more detail in 1954.

Irv Novick covered it in 1957.  I've seen so much of Irv Novick's comic-book work over the years, mostly on BATMAN, yet since seeing his art on these BIBLE stories this year, they've become my favorite work of his!

After that, the version in 1964, I'm not sure who the artist was.  Checking back on my main blog, where I have the entire series in published order, it looks to me like they changed artists between April & May 1964.
